Terms of Service

Welcome to Haven ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and software platform (the "Service"), you ("you," "your," or the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Haven is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses and individuals manage their loan desk operations, borrower profiles, and collections. Haven is an independent technology provider; we are not a bank, lending investor, financial institution, or law firm. We do not lend money, guarantee loans, or provide financial or legal advice.

2. Legal compliance of your lending business

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your lending operations comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws, including obtaining any required registrations from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), or other regulatory bodies. Haven Bank Space and Haven accept no liability for your lending practices.

3. Accounts and security

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Payments, subscriptions, and access codes

Access to the Service is currently provided on a fixed-term subscription basis (for example, 1-Year Access).

Payments: Payments are processed manually via authorized channels (for example GCash, bank transfer) and verified via our official communication channels (for example Facebook Messenger).

Access codes: Upon payment verification, you will receive a single-use Access Code. Activating this code provisions your workspace for the agreed-upon duration.

Refunds: Because of the manual provisioning and nature of the software, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the Access Code has been redeemed, unless required by law.

Future upgrades: We reserve the right to introduce automated payment gateways (for example PayMongo) and adjust pricing tiers for new subscriptions or renewals at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Conduct illegal, fraudulent, or predatory lending practices.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party (including your borrowers).

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Haven software, design, logos, and features. You retain all rights to the data, borrower information, and documents you upload to your workspace.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven Bank Space, Haven, and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines.
